We're on the roof within 48 hours, chalk-marking hits and photographing every slope, the gutters, the screens and the AC fins. You get the report as a PDF whether you file or not.

You file
You call your carrier — it has to come from you. We give you the date of loss, the damage summary and the language that keeps it from being logged as a maintenance issue.

Adjuster meeting
We meet your adjuster on site with our measurements and photos. Nine times out of ten, what gets approved is what got documented in step one.

Build & final invoice
We build to the approved scope, submit supplements for anything code requires, and you pay your deductible. Not a dollar more.
